I am skilled in developing and delivering bespoke training to meet the needs of your group or organisation and am keen to collaborate across disciplines to co-produce and co-deliver training. This training has application to various sectors including but not limited to Health Trusts, GP Practices, Police, Ambulance Services, Educational Settings and Community and Voluntary groups.

Consultancy and Collaboration
I am able to take a strategic view whilst holding space for individual perspectives to be valued, heard and brought to the table. My skill lies in helping to connect, streamline and translate various goals and aspirations into practical, manageable steps or products. Moving theory into practice. I hold a strong belief that realising any vision is an organic, evolving process dependent on remaining true to the core values of honesty, openness, compassion and respect. Along with these attributes I bring a unique perspective gained from many years navigating Mental Health Services both in South Africa and Northern Ireland. I understand why embracing trauma informed, responsive approaches and cultures is so important and how the principles underpinning this are key for true collaboration.

I share insight and hope born from my life experiences to encourage, inspire and teach. I hold deeply the belief that in connecting as people, beyond our labels and conditioning, we build relationships which have the potential to heal and change lives for the better.
