Mission Statement
Holding the Fulcrum Principle, enabling movement with ease, my purpose is to facilitate a process whereby individuals, groups and organisations can explore new conversations about ways of being, thinking and doing. Connection, collaboration and compassion are at the heart of this. Through harnessing each person’s innate wisdom, strengths and resources, I believe learning and change that is meaningful and sustainable can happen.

Fulcrum
A fulcrum is a point at which a lever can be placed to enable movement to happen more easily, with less force and pressure. I see that each one of us bring different fulcrums to any interaction. These are qualities and skills unique to us which when encouraged and valued will naturally support and enhance any process, learning, change or adaptation.
Feather
A feather symbolizes many things but there are common threads crossing different cultures. Truth, wisdom, trust, honour, hope, healing, freedom, abundance, creativity, strength and connections. All of these have been integral to my journey. I have much to be grateful for and am deeply committed to honouring these qualities in all my relationships. I believe that by creating spaces where every person can bring their whole selves, healing, learning and change can happen.
I would like to thank my Uncle Malcolm Christian, a gifted Printmaker, for creating my logo and facilitating the dialogue and enquiry into it’s relevance to my work.
Triangle
The triangle represents non-dependent, evolutionary partnerships where each side of the triangle forms a solid base with equal weight. Different perspectives and contributions are essential and the balance created ensures that ownership lies with everyone. We all need to be seen, heard and valued. This is the foundation of my work.

Testimonials
“I met Lisa at a Royal College of Nursing Parity of Esteem Event. She allows my daily work and values as a palliative care nurse with a specific interest in people who have a severe mental illness and their palliative and end of life care, to be truly authentic without barriers through a lived experience lens, how privileged am I? We have mutual respect for each other and working as equals allows co-production in its truest form which has been life changing for me not just professionally but personally. Meeting Lisa has enriched my professional career and personally has made me an even better human, so our journey continues.”

"As a person with experience of accessing mental health services myself, I admire Lisa’s ability to honestly articulate our deeply nuanced feelings and lived experience. I have attended training and talks that Lisa has created, and witnessed the deep impact of how she frames things in a non-judgemental and hope-filled way.”
